At R+L Carriers Pride + Merchandise Store, we want you to wear your gear with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn apparel in its original packaging with all pride merchandise tags still attached to ensure a smooth processing.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
